Why should I buy a manufactured home instead of a stick built home?
Manufactured homes offer more square footage for your dollar than stick built homes.  Our homes are designed and assembled in a controlled environment, then delivered and set in a matter of weeks.  Our homes are inspected in the factory and upon arrival to our lots insuring that you purchase a “quality” built home.


What is the difference between a manufactured and a modular home?
Both types of homes are constructed using a building standard or code.  Modular building plans conform to BOCA standards, whereas manufactured housing follows the Federal Construction Safety Standards Act or HUD Standards.


What about a foundation, well, septic tank, lot prep, driveway, cam you help me with that?
Yes, at Quality Homes, we offer “turnkey” service.   Our experienced staff can help you with the purchase, financing and ALL excavating needs required to set up your home.


Can you add porches and garages to our manufactured home?
We welcome the chance to provide you with upgraded services with your home purchase.  During the sale and afterwards, we are available to make any additions or offer assistance to our customers.


Can I make changes to a floor plan?
Yes, you can custom design and order the home you’ve always wanted.


Can I choose my countertops, carpet colors and drywall?
Currently, we have many different styles of homes available for you to tour.  Should you decide to custom order a home, our  knowledgeable staff can provide you with samples of countertops, cabinets, carpet and siding options.


Will my home come with appliances?
Yes, in fact, Champion and Fortune homes even offer the Ultimate kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances.


Can you assist me in financing my home?
Yes, we will do all we can to get you a loan you can live comfortably with.


Do you have land available?
Yes, we can assist you in finding the right location for your Quality Home.  We are anticipating the grand opening of our newest development Stonegate located on Peck Hill in Summersville, West Virginia.
